What is the method of diagnosis for this patient? How would you as the sonographer prove the findings seen below? What is the prognosis for this patient?

look for swinging heart and RV/RA diastolic collapse. However, the most sensitive way to diagnose cardiac tamponade is through respiratory variation by checking the doppler flow on the mitral and triscupid valve.

looking for RV/RA diastolic collapse, Check for respiratory variation,stair steps,using PW, slow sweep.Using M-Mode across the LV/RV, look for RV anterior wall and LVPW to away from one another.
